This is one of Greenwich's dessert additions to their growing menu... Brazo de Mercedes. A small slice costs about 99php, pretty steep for its size. But at least it does taste the way brazo should.

ReplyDeletebutter curls, i think.... i dont like 'em. medyo umay eh. pero the brazo is quite good. very creamy sha. and generous with the yellow part which i like more than the white part.
