How can they drive around in their jeepneys without tail lights and not get caught! One of the toughest struggles I put up with in driving around the Metro is tailing a jeepney without tail lights. You just can't tell when they'll stop or slow down you would find yourself suddenly hitting your brakes because the driver in front of you decided to unload in the middle of the road! Peste!
