One of the mainstays every Christmas ... the quezo de bola. It brightens and cheers up the table during Noche Buena and on Christmas Day... not to mention every breakfast thereafter!

I like cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan pero queso de bola makes me dizzy and there's a weird after taste, I don't know why I can't acquire a taste for it :P
