Bielle wasn't spared. The varicella virus got to her, too. I visited her today and am glad she is doing okay. A few lesions here and there, low grade fever, no loss of appetite... I am sure she will be well real soon.

I remember the days when we used to pay only P1.00 (even less, I think) for our toll in South Superhighway way back in the '70's... and now it is up to P30.00! And now I hear that the rates are going up again within this month... How much more can we take!!!

I got this (my second, actually) at a Japanese grocery in Little Tokyo so I could make my own yakiniku a la Gita at home!
